Online Examples

Here you can find some examples of the use of UAMMD-structured in different scenarios. All the examples are a Colab notebook that can be run online. By default, the chosen output format is “.sp” which is the superpunto format. You can change the format modifying the proper paramter in the output simulationStep, there are other options like for example “.xyz” or “.dcd” which are popular formats for visualization. Output files must be downloaded to visualize them in a local machine.

Warning

Remember that you have to select an environment with a GPU to run the examples. You can do this by going to the “Runtime” menu and selecting “Change runtime type”.
